How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you aren't satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that clearance items are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to customers within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options to more countries in the near future.
How should I care for my Katydid apparel?
To keep your clothes looking their best, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging to dry. Always check the specific care label on each garment for detailed instructions.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
